Ulmus is a small artisanal bakery located in Amsterdam-West, near Mercatorplein. It was founded by a couple, Elin and Yoeri, and has built a strong reputation among locals for its high-quality sourdough bread and pastries.

The bakery focuses on natural fermentation, using its own sourdough starter to create bread with deep flavor and good texture. All products are handmade, often using organic and less processed flours, which gives their bread and viennoiserie a distinctive taste.
