It’s a small, charming organic shop. You can sit outside on a little terrace to have a drink or enjoy a nice lunch. It’s located near a beautiful viewpoint overlooking all of Paris.
All the breads they sell are hand-kneaded — true old-school craftsmanship. At this bakery, I bought a focaccia and a delicious sourdough bread.
The focaccia was wonderful — it was full of flavor and you could really taste the olive oil. It was delightfully soft on the inside (not fluffy) and crispy on the outside.
The sourdough bread was also delicious. In my opinion, the crumb structure could have been a bit more open, but overall it was very good.
