Bombina Bakehouse is a newly opened artisanal bakery in Delft, created as an extension of the original Bombina concept. Unlike the lunchroom, this bakehouse focuses entirely on baking and viennoiserie production, with a stronger emphasis on craftsmanship and pastry.
The bakehouse specializes in freshly made croissants, pain au chocolat, and other laminated pastries, aiming to take the bakery side of the business more seriously and develop high-quality products.
